Hatha Yoga
Study and practice of the basic discipline and postures of yoga to promote physical fitness. Benefits promote flexibility, strength, concentration, awareness of the breath (motion/stillness), and relaxation to calm the mind and nervous system. Bring 3 blankets to class and plan to be barefoot! No tuition! Year round course, register in class at any time provided space is available.
