Yoga for Everybody
Yoga classes consist of 15 minutes of skilled breathing (Pranayama), 20 minutes of yoga warm up, 20 minutes of yoga poses, 15 minutes of yoga sleep and 10 minutes of meditation to center and reading. Students from all ages are welcome. Sleep better. Breath more effectively and have more energy with mental calm.
